by mspennylane on 22. Jul, 2009 in Personal Stories
So I have now been pull-free since a week Monday – which means… this is the tenth day! This is possibly the easiest I have found it to go pull free. Except I did think today that I’ve been feeling restless and anxious probably the whole time. I only just started to question whether it [...]

by mspennylane on 25. Jun, 2009 in Personal Stories
Last week I wrote about being ‘pull free’ and I decided I would try and do it again this week. This means no pulling my hair from Monday-Sunday. A week doesn’t seem long, but this is only the second time I have ever attempted it, and it was hard the first time. Whether it will [...]
About This Blog
My name's Penny, and I started OnTrich (a trichotillomania blog) to try and raise awareness about hair pulling, and also as a way to help me deal with my own pulling. I'm a 23 year old girl from the UK and I've been pulling for 13 years. Get in touch if you want to chat or need any help - I love meeting people here.
