		<description>Thank you for posting your story. I think that putting it in your nose is probably just a different way of playing with the hair, instead of touching it to the lips. I&#039;m glad you managed to stop pulling, it&#039;s definitely a great achievement. Did you do something to stop, or did it just happen on it&#039;s own?

		<description>i used to be a hair puller. i guess it started about 5 years old.. i have been reading different websites about it now that i have gotten older. my family or i never knew why i did it. in the websites that i have looked at have not exactly explained what i used to do. i pulled my hair, but instead of putting it in my mouth i would stick it in my nose. i had a huge bald spot on my head for years.. i have stopped pulling my hair out now, but i still tug at it just hard enough to where i dont pull it out. i still dont fully understand why i do this. i have always been curious about this, and was wondering if anyone else out there has any similar stories?</description>
