My eyelashes grew back of course and looked lovely (total regrowth took 4 months) but latetly there were short relapses where'd it cut an eyelash short with my picking rather than pull the hole thing out. Then I would obsess about the short cut lashes and want to find them to pull them out, in turn cutting more lashes short and pulling out some others. Then I would compulsively look in the mirror every 5 minutes to see what damage I had done to my once perfect set of lashes. The obsession with the short lashes and small gaps lead me to get eyelash extensions put on so my lashes would look perfect and the damage would be covered. They looked AMAZING for about two weeks but then they triggered a massive relapse (should have seen that coming) and now I'm back to a lot of patches and tufts. Going to have to start the regrowth process again. I have had a relatively pull free period for 7 months now. I'll pull than shave my head, then 5 months later when my hair is a little more than an inch I'll start again, I just went 4months without and now I've started again, I'm angry at myself because I finally have a beautifull girlfriend and now I'm at it again. She understands, she even bought me a guitar, so hopefully that will help. Longest I've gone without is a year, but it always comes back, it just feels so damn good to pull them out....
