		<description>I find I do not pull in the middle of an anxious, stressful state but after the stress is over. It is kind of like a cocktail at the end of a long day of work...while work may be stressful, I won;t drink on the job obviously! Yet when it is over I enjoy that drink and it relaxes me. I hardly ever drink when I am in the middle of an intense event.

Pulling is like that...it creeps up on me when I think it is safe.

I am mentioning this so that you know to look out for it once you are past an anxious stage!</description>
